The Sony NEX and Nauticam would tuggggggg hardddddddddd at my wallet compared to the Oly and plastic housing.
for a fresh start and platform, NEX all the way. For a back-up to the back up, go for the PEN and Oly if you already have one, which is why I have three Oly SP-350's and 2 housings...........but I'm having WAY more fun shooting video with my GoPro over ONLY 20 dives, than 6 years and 15-20,000 photos worth of Stills and the Oly set-up in my sig line.
