Anilao dive shops that offer local transfers?

I will be staying in a house and am in search of a dive shop use.
The house is near Crystal Blue and I’ve contacted them, Arthur’s, Club J and Solana since they are all walking distance (ish).
My question is are there other options not within walking distance that I can consider and offer transfers.
I want to see what my options are.
I have contacted a few well reviewed shops but thought someone would have a recommendation before I start mass emailing shops.

Are tricycles or taxis easy to get in Anilao?

Tricycles are everywhere, taxi only on request.

I always avoid those who stationed outside the hotel/resort. However, they are very useful if it is pouring down or other reasons.
