You have to talk to the right people - not the top people.

People somewhere in the middle or bottom know what's going on, but the people at the top don't. A classic symptom of a company with bad upper management that has already started on its death spiral. Bad upper management eventually yields an internal culture where people in the middle or bottom are afraid to tell their bosses the truth or the people hearing the truth are too incompetent (in their assigned role) to understand or believe what they are being told. A common corporate malady.

Biofactors not biometrics. I doubt whether they will put a fingerprint sensor or iris scanner on a dive computer

Measuring your heart rate is a biometric. :)

For some time, I was unable to access "Community", Howard seemed to have fixed it
I'm on a cruise, all internet is slow for me. Also data isn't cheap. Hopefully this quick fix holds until I get home.

Sadly, it was working well and now it's back to poopy. :(

Seriously off topic.

BIOMETRICS

the measurement and analysis of unique physical or behavioral characteristics (as fingerprint or voice patterns) especially as a means of verifying personal identity

Unless the M2 is capable of identifying YOU based on YOUR heartbeat - (it isn't) - it's a bio factor. (Dang, I don't even know if such a term exists but you get my drift).

"TOP Guys" doesn't mean their top management, it can be their top technical guys, top clerical, top janitorial, top chef, top dishwasher, etc.

:)

Ha hahahaaaa!! Loves me some Strongbad!!

I believe it should be cleared now. Trying to ssh onto the server from my cell phone with satellite based internet is not awesome.

You're not a real sysadmin until you've had to do something along those lines while on vacation.
