Seems that the gentleman did something to get himself into a nasty predicament that ended his life.
He was found floating on the lake surface towards the south end near a marina. This is very unusual for the bulk of our waters. Idaho waters rarely give up anyone on their own. The water is still rather cold so he must have been a floater to begin with or was very shallow to start.
Anyway he was recovered without a team callout. We may or may not have to dive later depending on what the investigation reveals.
I'll post more when we find out more.
