Another ELP2 question....

If you want to use the slow2 rear curtain sync for the flash on the EPL2, there seems to be no power adjustment feature (to reduce heat build up and extend battery life).......unless you use the flash compensation and take it down to -3.0 or something, right? Thanks.

My understanding is that you are correct. If you use the reduced power settings you lose TTL functionality. Of course they are not available with slow2. If you want to reduce flash power you will need to reduce it as you described.
