It looks like it could be a Bubble Coral (Plerogyra sp.) That's what they typically look like when they're all closed up. Could have been a Euphyllia sp. of some sort too, but I'm leaning towards the bubble coral.

Not sure, some sort of coral I think. However, your turtle pics are of a Green Turtle I believe, not a Hawksbill
