I am a week out from my trip and started packing. I noticed that my excel is displaying one bar after sitting in the off mode for a year. I think no big deal, i have a mares dealer here, and head to the LDS. No luck since they do not touch this model in the shop. What are my options?

Don't make the same mistake since the shipping there was expensive and their techs may be booked solid. Check your gear a month out of any big trips!
