One of the biggest things is uniformity with your team. If your Rescue it’s best to be all as uniform as possible. If you’re recovery a mix is a bit more acceptable.
DO NOT let your LDS talk you into the top of the line best diving gear ever. Sports cars are great for having fun. Trucks are good for doing a job. PSD needs trucks especially in your area of the country.
Save your money and do your research first. The gear purchase is a long way off.
