Decided to see if the repairs to the outboard finally fixed it so we went to our usual bug spot. Turns out the motor isn't fully fixed so more tweaks in the future. The water was flat calm and much warmer than last time with bottom temps in the high 50's. Visibility was about 15'. Seemed like every hole that usually held a lobster was empty so we had to cover more ground but were rewarded. I ended up two lobster short of the limit but about half of the ones I got were 1 1/2 to 4 lbs. My buddy did pretty well too. I'm looking forward to going back out next week. I brought the lobsters
to my in-laws and my 5 y/o nephew made the biggest (but still legal) lobster look huge!
