Any diving around Dominical, Costa Rica?

So, our trip this feburary may find us primarily down in Dominical. Is there any good diving near there? Thanks in advance! you guys have ben a huge help for planning our trip!

Well, I found two ops in the area that service Cano Island and Ballena National Marine Park. They are:
Mystic Dive Center
Mystic Dive Center excursions to Cano Island

And Southern Expeditions
Costa Rica Southern Expeditions- The Southern Pacific Eco Tour Experts- Kayaking, Snorkeling and Hiking

Any thoughts or prior experience with either of these ops??

i suggest Mystic Dive Center because they do the trip to Cano island.
I know Cano Island very well and i am shure that you will have a lot of fun there.
I don't know how the local dives in Domenical, Playa Ballen or Ventanas are,
but i am shure they are worth a try.

Nikwho, I would be interested in hearing about your experiences with who you end up using after your trip. My wife and I will be spending a couple weeks in Dominical learning Spanish in June. We want to do some diving there during our free time. I was looking at Costa Rica Dive and Surf since they are right there in Dominical. I have sent them an email for info.

Make sure you go to Isla Cano, it' definetly worth it! Great viz and lots of reef sharks.
