Any diving locations near Tela or La Ceiba, Honduras?

Since both of these towns are on the Caribbean Coast of Honduras I was wondering if there is any decent diving in that vicinity?

Dive shops/hotel recommendations are appreciated.

Still the same and no new dive shops as far hat i know,
Cayo Cochinas with Plantation Beach Resort ist the nearest.
The owner from Plantation Beach Resort will pick you up and bring you over there,
otherwise take the ferry to Roatan, there are more dive shops as you can count.

Nope - you really have to make it out to the islands. I haven't been to Cayo Cochinas but have enjoyed Utila, Roatán, and Guanaja - really different from each other.
