Was wondering if anyone knew of any trips to the Cooper River this summer. Great place to find Megladon Teeth.

Where is it and when due you want to go. I lost my dive log and only could prove 30 dives need to get to 100 ASAP. Want to become an instructor. So I am up for as much as possible and to come back with a prize even better.

Hi Jeff - sorry I saw this late! I just got back from the Cooper yesterday. First time there & quite challenging with visibility & current. I can honestly say it's the first time I've dove with as screwdriver as mandatory equipment :)

Had a pretty good haul with a 4" tooth in somewhat good condition being the best.

The Dive Shop in Fairfax ran the trip & they are running another in Oct. It's a 7 hour drive from Fairfax, so not too bad. I may be up for another this summer but my schedule's pretty tight.
