Found a guy on craigslist with 2 ConAir of Convaire (not sure) "Necstasy" pressed steel scuba tanks, he says are rated to 3500 psi. Last hydroed in 89. He wants 85 a peice for them. I've never heard of these, but he says he'll refund me if they failed hydro. Anyone ever heard of these? He says they were Navy issued. A google search on came up with nothing. Anybody know anything about these tanks, like pressure ratings, bouyancy etc? Are these worth my time/money?

Thanks

Your answer seems to be in your post "pressed steel tank". Someone may have put stickers on them that had the seller confused. Remember these use 7/8" 300 bar valves only
