Check out Dive Safaris they have a dive shop in Simpson Bay and one on the Marina in Phillipsburg (just a 5 minute walk from Front Street)
I was going to dive with them when I was there back in September, but couldn't due to having just got over flu. The contact I did have with them (via email and I went and saw them) was very good.
