I have used this for bird photography, due to the fast-moving and unpredictability of UW life made me wonder if anyone has tried Pro-Capture on fish etc. It is an amazing feature in some Oly cameras.

Are the strobes going to be able to do flash during the entire process?

Tricky, never thought of that. Of course, there is no way strobes will be able to output at that rate but maybe a video light could do it but!!! I don't have one that capable and don't plan to buy one. I wonder if one of those Chinese cheapies would do it, many were using them in the Philippines last time I dived.
