Have saw recent adverts for this torch and am kinda interested in getting one. Just wondering if anyone has one, used one or seen one in use and can give me any info on how good or bad it is.

I went with the C8 eLED based on this review:

It seems to be much brighter and has better battery life than the C4 when used on the high setting. It definitely seems worth the extra $10 to go with the C8 model.
The C8 eLED is a nice light with tightly focused beam and a very white color. While on a night dive, I noticed that it was comparable in brightness to other divers with C8 incandescent lamps, but the incandescents lit up a wider area. The white color really brought out the colors though.
