Question Anywhere to Buy this 2 Hole Bushing For TG-6 Fiber to Flash Routing

Anyone know anywhere *on the island* to buy the 2 hole bushing shown in the link -- to route fiber from a TG 6 flash cover? My son is missing this from his camera kit.

Inon Double Hole Rubber bushing (for fiber optic cable)

Double Hole Rubber Bush for Fiber Optics which is plugged in a fiber cable connector of Olympus / Sea&Sea system to hold Optical D Cable Type L.

Even if you could get it to align with electrical tape I wouldn't think that it would hold under water.

Update: he was able to MacGyver it using the rubber tip off of a complimentary airline earbud, which has worked fine for 3 dives now.
