Awesome help! Thanks everyone for all the suggestions. We've decided on Alton's - July 4th-12 and we'll be doing both courses! We're flying into Roatan so thanks diversteve for the advice on how to navigate the airport there. Much appreciated!

If you want to price that, Alice at Morgans Travel is the go to person. She lists prices on their Facebook page. If you do the ferries and can arrive on Roatan around noon, you can be on Utila by 5. So with a little pre-work you could start your classes the next morning most likely.
