Dive-Rite sells them. SS with an o-ring.
Or you can buy 1/2" LP Hose in various lengths from Fifth Dimension in Washington.

I managed to find them at my local recational dive shop .. but then I went and bought the correct size hose.
Just one less fault point, but I'll still happily use it on my spare set.
Shouldn't cost very much mine cost 8 singapore dollars .. and that may have been expensive.
