Aqua Lung vs. Apek's

Recently while using the above regs I noticed that the Aqua Lung LX 2nd stage's purge valve had twice the power and output that even my Apek's ATX50 had!

That surprised me! I thought these two regs were out 'even' in performance.

Any 'theories' on this and if this is so, does this mean that cracking pressures between them would be better or worse between each other?

That is just a simple adjustment.
It doesn't mean anything as far as one being better than the other.

My preference???
I just bought 3 more apeks regs
