I have this aqualung LPO that started to have a slight free flow when connected to pressure. I picked up the rebuild kit and open the reg up. I ended up flipping the lp seat over and reassembling now there is no leak. My question is that when I looked at the spring it had the bluish coating at first I thought it was some sort of coper-oxide but now I think that it might be some sort of teflon coating anti-freeze. About half of the coating/ oxide is gone. Does anybody have any insight as to what this is?
