I don't think dive tables take into account ascent rate.

Dive tables are designed to work from the time you submerge until the time you start your ascent.
you do not actauly count your ascent time in your dive time as far as tables are concerend

Some tables do include ascent times. The BSAC 88 tables, for example.
In a lot of computer generated tables your ascent rate is an factor you can input and will affect the output.
