Thanks Simon but I just discovered the Swivel Housing (Universal) BR 02-00251-00 IS in fact available as a spare part to convert an Atomic OEM swivel hose to fit other brands.

Update:
TWO parts are actually needed to convert a standard Atomic Comfort Swivel hose that ships with certain models to a Universal type that fits most other brands of regulators:
02-0254-00 Insert
02-0251-00 Swivel Housing
02-0002-5P Service Kit (Included in a standard second stage service kit, but listed here to service a second hand hose before fitting the Universal parts if you don't own an Atomic second stage... highly recommended)
