I just swapped out the hoses on my Atomic M1 regulator setup for a long hose and bungied octopus. Does such a swap change the intermediate pressure? Does anyone know what Atomic recommends the intermediate pressure should be?

No. The IP is set by the internals of the regulator. Swapping around hoses doesn't change it.

Atomics recommends an IP of 125-145psi. Regulators of most brands have a recommended IP around that same range.
