Atomic Z3 Swivel Service Steps

Hi, can someone please direct me to any manual or video on how to change the Atomic Z3 2nd stage Swivel Hose O rings.
It is leaking from the swivel part. I was able to open it and look in it, and I have the service kit for the hose, but I am not sure where all the O rings goes.
