In the DGX regulator service videos, they use a Magnehelic to measure the cracking effort of the regulator.
Other reg service videos show inhaling from the reg while it's connected to the Magnehelic to measure the cracking effect. However, there doesn't appear to be anyone breathing off of the regulator in the DGX video - the regulator is sitting on the table, and the Magnehelic needle is steady. Any idea how they're doing this? Is there some piece of equipment that sucks air from the regulator for you?

I think this is rsingler's tutorial video, using this test rig.

Here’s what I use with a 0-12vdc power supply to vary the pumps speed. Which in turn varies the pump suction. This is a brushless motor so all the electronics are built in the motor. You just needs 0 to 12 V to run it.
