While fishing yesterday, I noticed a nice little knife we were using to cut bait. My dad told me he'd got it at Sports Authority. Found it there for $1.99. About the length of my palm, SS blade. Trimmed off about an inch and rounded the edges off the end off a bit so I couldn't puncture my BC with the tip. Not a super sharp knife or anything, but for $1.99 it'll work great! I think it might compare well to the steak knife some people buy at Walmart and trim.
