this is from the Moosewood Cookbook

Crust:
2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup(1 stick) butter or Margarine, melted.
* options a dash of cinnamon
* 2 Tbs Sesame seeds
* replace upto 1/2 cup of the Graham Crackers with Ground Almonds

Pre heat oven to 375
Combine all Ingrediants and mix well. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan, building up a handsome 1/2-ich ridge around the edge. You will have more than enough to fill hte pie pan; spread the rest loosely in another pan. Place both in the oven and bake 10 minutes, Remove and cool

FILLING:
12 oz. (1 1/2 package) cream cheese, softened
3 or 4 Tbsp suger (to taste)
1/4 cup yogurt
2 large bananas(not overly ripe) one mashed, one thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Fresh lemon or lime juice
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 tsp Vanilla extract


Place everything except the sliced banana in a food processor and puree` until smooth or us bowl and mixer whip it real good
Fold in the sliced banana Spread into the colled crust top with the toasted extra crumbs wrap tightly and chill 24 hours


I wonder about the wrapping but sounds gooood
 
that looks like an awsome recipe i hope you don't mind but I copy pasted it to my email and sent it to myself would love to try it .
