I am looking for some good beach dives in the Tampa/Clear Water are, no one seems to be able to help me. Any suggestions?

I have never done this dive but, in Bradenton beach there is a wreck called the "Sugar Barge" that one can dive from the beach.
Supposedly right across the street is the Sea Trek dive shop. You can call them for conditions.

After the weather this weekend, I think that may be an oxymoron.

The Sugar Barge in Bradenton. About 50 yrds. offshore marked with a buoy/ Also a little furhter south you can dive of off Venice Beach. If you stay in the 18` range, you could possibly come across some prehistoric sharks teeth........
In the tampa area only or in the general area.

There are alot of available choices. It depends on what your looking for.
Whats your experiance?
Beach dives in only Tampa are not good due to vis.
Clearwater ain't very deep and very low vis.
