I am being charged for being a supporting member, but I am not a paying member anymore. Why is paypal still charging me, and who do I talk to about Scubaboard charging me?

I don't have access to your billing information or account but you can cancel any subscription made through paypal by accessing your paypal account at www.paypal.com. You may also want to contact NetDoc about a refund if you were incorrectly charged.
