When flying from BZE to Caye Caulker on Maya Island Air, it looks like it is out of a different airport than the main one? How do you get between the two? How long does it take and how much does it cost?

No, you fly from the international airport. Your plane may or may not route via the municipal airstrip, at the edge of Belize City. Caye Caulker is a request stop, which obviously is no problem if you're flying TO it, but means you have to book in advance to fly FROM it.

Internal fares from the international airport are around double what they are from the municipal. Against that, the two airports are 30-40 minutes' drive apart, with fixed and quite high taxi fares. Possibly economic (though far from convenient) to travel between by road for two or more people, not for one.
