Took my gear out of my pack last week and saw that one of my fins is bent a little bit. Got into the pool with them and did not notice any change in kicking with them. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I can straighten the fin back out again.

Bend it back with care. Keep the angle very large, try to flex the entire fin when bending and do not fold it very tight like paper; that will just make it worse.
Then if you can, stand it up against the wall so it's bending the other way. Check on it ever few hours.
Some fin materials have a slight memory and can be set to a new shape like you've seen in your case.

Your fin won't be perfectly straight ever again. Just take care when ever you store them.
Same goes for your mask skirt as well. That's a no fix if that happens.
