Best Deal on a Petrel

I have been looking at getting a Petrel for a while now. It is time for me to move on from my Vyper, so I started looking around. I saw some people selling their Petrel 1 for around $750. The best, new, that I could find was from these Air Hog guys at $765. Why would I not pay an extra 15 bucks for brand new? I feel like some of these guys will come down on their price, but I am looking for advice. Is $765 worth the Petrel 2?

WTH??? I wonder why they raised the price.

If the electronic compass is not important to you (I have had one for years that I find worthless), then you can save $100 or so. I have a Petrel 1 barely used that I would sell for $665.
