Best dive conditions website?

Been doing a bit of research, however cant seem to find much. Looking for what the diving community of folks view as the best site to determine diving conditions. Or some sort of site that does forecasts for dive conditions all over florida. Is NOAA the only one? Thanks in advance.

I use Scubaboard when looking for dive conditions. Ask in the local subforums as appropriate for planning purposes and then for "updates" as my trips get closer. Day of type forecasts I check NOAA and weather.com
