Best place to get black surgical tubing?

I am looking for the cheapest place to get black surgical tubing. I've seen 50' rolls on Ebay for like $33 shipped, but I don't really need that much right now, and I want 3/8" and 1/4", and I don't need 50' of each... I probably only need 10-15' of each, but everywhere I've looked it's $1/ft. if bought by the foot. Am I just gonna have to suck it up and buy a roll, or is there some place that you can get it cheaper in smaller amounts?

I know I could just get the yellow stuff cheaper, but I don't want my gear to look crappy if I can avoid it.
