Best price for Aluminum tank in Seattle?

I will be in Seattle next week-end on business, I like to know where is the best LDS to purchase Aluminum Tank. I'm looking for 2x40cf and 2x80cf tanks. I can get tanks in Victoria for about $200 so I'm looking at paying around $150.00 top. Closer to downtown would be best as I will not have a vehicule to travel with.
