BING ad jumps you to bottom of new page

What is really annoying is that I start to type an answer to someone and then the letters wind up in the search field of the bing add.

I think that's the idea.

hmmm.... this seemed fixed.

but it just started bumping me to the bottom of the page and putting my cursor in the BING window again. FYI.
