Blenny seen in Cozumel? Variety?

20130510-IMG_2429.jpgIs this a sailfin blenny? It was seen at Paso del Cedral in Mexico at about 40'. It's head was less than 1/2" in size. I never saw it come further out of the hole than this.
 
It sure looks like a male sailfin to me. If you want to see them display you have to back off a bit (low down) and then remain as still as possible to observe. To me a pleasing sight and well worth any wait.
