Recently, messing around, Nikon P5100 in manual mode, I took some shots of a ceiling fan trying for a blur effect. The shots came out like the fan was not spinning. I switched to a table fan (very much faster) and again the same result, even though I had got down to 1/2 second speed with ASA100. Any thoughts???
