IMHO, considering that this is the "Boat Diving" forum I would think the poll would favor the answer for boat diving. People who don't regularly boat dive may not be reading this particular forum. Just my observation.

Yup boat. I hate getting my arse kicked just trying to get into the water then fighting with the rest of the surf crowd. I know everyone can't have a boat but look real hard at a kayak or inflatable kayak. Makes a world of diff.
I'll take any kind of diving!

Being truly lazy, my preference is the next step beyond just "boat" diving ---- DRIFT diving from a boat! Nothing like valet pickup service.
