Any agency interested in any type of boat training, from water rescue to Tactical Operations, USIA now has a Mobile Training Team. Our Lead Instructor is Scott Clendenin, formally the lead instructor for the Zodiac Training Academy. Scott is a former Coast Guard CWO and headed up the Motor Lifeboat School in Astoria Oregon.
