I found that these kits are expensive and hard to find, so I bought some hardware in bulk.

5 or 6 inch kits.

Include:
2 fully threaded hex (tap) bolts
6 flat washers
2 nuts
2 wingnuts

All stainless steel 18-8, 5/16

5" kits - $12 shipped CONUS
6" kits - $13 shipped CONUS
