I've used the Scubapro Knight Hawk and use to owne DiveRites TransPacII. Both were comfortable and easy to use. Then I tried the bp/w.
What a world of difference and a much better feel. The only time I use a jacket style bc (whether back inflation or not) is when I am with student in the pool.
I've found the bp/w works well whether I'm in warm water wearing nothing but shorts and rash guard or if I'm cold water wearing a drysuit. So long as you get a crotch strap that is soft you'll hardly notice it.
When ever I've let students use my bp/w they have all stated they prefer it over the traditional bc.
Cheers
