Just did my rescue course this weekend. Water in the quarry was a balmy 57F...yeah baby! Mind you I didn't notice it at all once we got in and did the scenarios.

It was a small class, only 2 students, our instructor and a DM. The 3rd student had to reschedule the open water portion, and since the rest of my club just came back from Blackbeards I don't think anybody was too anxious to don all their cold-water gear and get wet to play victims. But I did it! It was fun, I learned a lot, and I would recommend it to anybody who's thinking of taking the next step.

Congratulations on completing the course! I'll be taking the second half of my Rescue course in July, and am really looking forward to it. Way to go! :D
 
Congratulations! I finished mine up a week ago. I'd also highly recommend it.
