I have one similar to this, the one I got did not have the plunger button on top. I modified mine by cutting the top off just above the camera and filed some of the frame away to have better access to the lower button. Mine also did not come with the ball light mounts, which I purchased separately. I mounted them on the bottom so my light arms fold up against the handles. This mount works well with the Gopro 2 but I'm soon to get the 3+ edition and am not sure how well it will work with it. My only complaint would be that with the arms and lights it's a little negatively buoyant and you notice it towards the end of a dive.
