There are groups in various Asian countries that are already working on this problem within their respectful cultures. It would be good to tie in with them to ensure no one duplicates efforts already underway and that there is good translation of any materials from non-Asian languages.

I produce my videos to educate all age groups. These include the "Great White Sharks of Guadalupe" and "Sharks and Rays of California" (to be released late summer).

One of our long term goals for our web site is to provide our members with access to an online instrutional video, and/or PDfs that can be presented to school children. That way they have access to the information at the schools, no matter where they are or what country they are in. The topics it will cover are...sharks and their role in the ocean, as well as conservation issues. We are still refining our Shark Awareness program and improving it at every school and library we visit.
