Hello. The manifold is a Dacor. Circa 1972-1974 I'm leaning towards Twin 42's
Can you take close-up photos of the tank shoulder showing the Numbers/Letters?

Edit; Regardless of the condition. I wouldn't suggest using the manifold...
The tanks, Maybe?
Great conversation piece, or nice "Mancave." lamps.
 
Impossible to say without neck numbers but considering they have boots, my guess is they are steel, not too common to use them on AL tanks. The valves look to be Dacor based on the knobs. Looking at the 62 Dacor catalog, they sold 42 CF steels so my guess that is what they are.
