Hello,
You may consider using the SX Extension Ring (50261) and the NX Standard Flat Port (56101). The Specs. show this lens as 77.7mm x 123mm.

After extensive tests/measurements we found the following configuration for this lens on MDX housings:
SX Extension Ring;
NX Compact Macro Port Base;
Compact Macro Port 35(S);
