Canon WP-DC6 LCD hood?

Does the Canon WP-DC6 WaterProof Case (for the A710 IS) come with a “hood” to make it easier to see the LCD screen in bright sunlight? If not, is one available?

so far my search has come up "nada" for a hood that works with the dc6 and or the dc16. Canon does not make one according to call to customere service. If someone finds a solution I am all ears. and eyes.
