It's a horrible story for all involved (including Kyaa) but absolutely the right call.
 
This is such a sad event, the diver was the mom of my sons friend so it really hits home even though I did not know her. I still can not wrap my head around how the post dive head count did not account for her, or at the very least one of the other divers did not notice. Not trying to start a thread about this its all pretty much been said, but as a diver on the dive boats in the same area and almost going out on the same boat with the same operator makes one really aware of the need to be aware at all times of whats going on.
